Little J's first photoshoot at home in Lutterworth, featuring a vintage suitcase, two fluffy blankets, and his gorgeous big brother
I first met Jamie when he was still warm and cosy inside a baby bump, during his mum's pregnancy photoshoot in Coventry a few months back, so as you can imagine I was very excited to give him his very own baby photo shoot when he made his arrival in June.
During our photo shoot, Jamie started out super relaxed and sleepy, and enjoyed being snuggled up in his soft blanket.
He soon woke up and, after a quick change and some milk, had a good look around whilst we tried out some more creative shots.
Sometimes my clients want me to simply capture whatever they would be doing if I weren't there, and some clients have some more organised shots that they'd like to try out. I love to do both, so jumped at the chance to experiment with a sweet little vintage suitcase and some soft blankets.
Jamie wasn't the only sweet little boy at this session; his big brother Joel was more than happy to pose for the camera and literally jump for joy with all the excitement of having a photo shoot at home!
It was so wonderful to welcome baby Jamie into the world, and to meet lovely Joel, who I had read so much about from his mum's blog. I loved the chance to capture them being themselves, and also try out some cute creative photos.
